Crémant d'Alsace from Alsace sets the tone with the vibrant, finely structured Sipp Mack Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut — crisp, refreshing and ideal as an aperitif. The playful yet elegant Aubert et Mathieu ‘Palooza’ Rosé delivers juicy Mediterranean fruit and sunshine-filled energy, while Heinz W Grüner Veltliner offers classic Austrian freshness with citrus, white pepper and mineral lift. Completing the collection, Castellare di Castellina ‘Governo di Castellare’ Toscana IGT brings warmth and depth, blending ripe dark fruit with savoury Tuscan character.
