LBV (late bottled vintage) is intended to provide some of the experience of drinking a vintage port but without the need for lengthy bottle aging. This LBV is a blend of full, rich and fruity wines from a single year specially chosen for ageing.

Dark red in colour with brown hues and a sweet smell of candied fruit. On the palate it has a creamy texture with hints of caramel and vanilla. It leaves a taste of sweet ripe fruit on the long finish. Serve with Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton and old Cheddar.
