A beautifully expressive Rhône red from the slopes of Mont Ventoux, an area prized for its altitude, limestone soils and cooling influences that bring freshness and balance to the wines. Made predominantly from Grenache with Syrah and Carignan, it reflects the Brusset family’s traditional, terroir-driven approach, combining ripe southern fruit with a notably refined, elegant edge.
On the nose, it opens with aromas of black cherry, raspberry and plum, layered with hints of garrigue, liquorice and warm spice. The palate is supple and medium-bodied, with generous juicy fruit, gentle tannins and a savoury, peppery lift from the Syrah. Fresh acidity keeps everything in check, leading to a smooth, quietly persistent finish. An excellent, food-friendly Rhône that punches well above its appellation—ideal with roast chicken, lamb, grilled vegetables or hearty Mediterranean dishes.
