This super little Saint-Emilion comes from the southern part of Saint-Emilion close to Chateau Pavie. It's a classic Saint-Emilion pairing but rather than being aged in oak barrels as its big brother is, this is fermented and aged solely in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a delightful ruby colour and gives intense aromas of red fruits. The palate is elegant and well balanced and leads to a long, true finish. A great little wine that is made to please.
