Clos Lapeyre Jurançon Sec achieves an aromatic intensity by picking late and using the lees to obtain colour and extract. This delightful number dances a brisk citric tango on the palate.  It is a well balanced wine, long in flavour, a beautiful expression of Gros Manseng with the combination of a fresh citrus nose and a mineral finish. Matching perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, but also pork, goat cheese.
