Crafted from carefully selected eaux-de-vie, primarily from Grande Champagne and other top crus, and aged well beyond the minimum required for XO, it offers depth, polish and harmony. On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of dried apricot, fig and orange peel, layered with vanilla, toasted oak, honey and gentle floral notes.

The palate is smooth, generous and beautifully integrated, revealing flavours of caramelised fruit, almond, cocoa, soft spice and a touch of rancio that adds complexity and savoury depth. The texture is silky and warming without heaviness, finishing long and elegant with lingering notes of oak, spice and dried fruit.
