The nose is vibrant and fresh with a black cherry, damson fruit and cedar profile. The palate is medium bodied and soft with an understated black fruit backbone. Perfumed and aromatic. Good, ripe concentrated texture. An excellent accompaniment to any meal. Try with braised pork shoulder and roasted root vegetables.
