Alain Jaume has a small parcel of Viognier, forbidden in the production of Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, so despite its excellent terroir, this wine is designated simply as Côtes-du-Rhône.

Vinified in stainless steel to keep the freshness and vibrant peach and apricot aromas and flavours of the Viognier, this wine is fresh enough to make a perfect aperitif and full enough to take on most foods.
