A classic expression of Chablis, sourced from vineyards on the left bank of the Serein where Kimmeridgian limestone soils give the wine its hallmark tension and minerality. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it reflects the house style of precision and purity, with careful vinification designed to preserve freshness and terroir character.

In the glass, it shows bright aromas of citrus zest, green apple and white flowers, underpinned by a subtle chalky note. The palate is crisp and finely textured, with flavours of lemon, pear and a saline edge leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Elegant yet approachable, La Pierrelée is an excellent match for shellfish, oysters, grilled fish or simply enjoyed as a refined aperitif.
