Les Bardets Blanc is a blend of local varieties, Mauzac and Loin de l'œil. A lovely straw yellow colour. Citrus aromas with pronounced grapefruit peel. On the palate, the wine is well balanced and fresh. This freshness, combined with the presence of acidity, energises the palate. The grapefruit flavours are also present on the palate.

The wine is part of 'Terroirs Project', a cooperation between local vignerons and Les Caves de Pyrene. The aim is to produce honest wines from plots farmed organically, with minimal intervention in the winery and coming out to the public at democratic prices.
