From one of Beaujolais’ most respected family domaines, La Voûte St Vincent is a pure expression of Morgon crafted from old Gamay vines rooted in the region’s famous decomposed granite soils. Vinified using traditional whole-bunch fermentation and aged in large old foudres, it combines the charm of ripe red cherries, violets, and crushed stones with the structure and depth that define classic Morgon.
