Made from a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries, Candela Cream has a deep honeyed amber colour with coppery highlights. Raisin, dried fruit and orange blossom aromas are complemented by raisins, cinnamon, cloves and walnut notes. The perfect balance of sweetness and freshness lend a pleasing texture to this wine.
