A progressive, lemon forward gin that will still appeal to any classic gin fans. Balanced by the core botanicals of juniper and coriander seed, the finish has a lovely depth too, with more piney wood-floor notes coming through.

This gin makes a wonderfully refreshing G&T, but there's no need to garnish with more citrus. Try a rosemary sprig or some fresh thyme instead to bring it back towards a more herbal mix, while also accentuating the Mediterranean profile of the Italian region.
