Made from a rigorous selection of grapes from the best plots of Sauvignon Blanc, it is a benchmark example of Sauvignon Blanc from the beautiful Bordeaux region.

Clean and fresh with aromas of zingy lime and crunchy red apples, it has a long, crisp and citrusy finish.

Just perfect on its own, or with salads and fish dishes.
