Pietradolce Etna Rosso is a wine obtained only from Nerello Mascalese grapes, grown between 700 and 800 meters above sea level on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, in Solicchiata.

Pietradolce Etna Rosso presents a pale garnet colour, often appearing older than its age. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of leather, sour cherry, smoke, dried roses, and oregano, with hints of Mediterranean scrub, red berries, and camphor. The palate reveals wild strawberry, red cherry, and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by unique volcanic soil notes of ash and earth. Savoury elements like raspberry compote, star anise, and a touch of rusty nail add depth. With medium-plus acidity, medium tannins, and a long finish, this wine showcases a bright and savoury profile, reflecting the distinctive terroir of Mount Etna.
