Rene Mure Clos St Landelin Riesling
The Domaine du Clos Saint Landelin, owned by the Muré family, is located in Rouffach in the South of Alsace and covers an area of 28 hectares. The vineyard is farmed with traditional ploughing, using biodynamic methods which reflect the respect the family has for the terroir.
The Clos Saint Landelin is a monopoly of 12 hectares with southern exposed terraces. The work in the cellar is minimalist and traditional: fermentation with natural yeast and maturation on fine lees. Nowadays, Véronique and Thomas Muré, the 12th generation, are responsible for running the estate.
