Light yellow with golden reflections. Expressive grilled toast and yellow fruit (peaches and apricots) aromas. Full, discretely sweet flavours and an excellent acid balance. Ideal as an aperitif but lovely with mushroom dishes, terrines, veal and chicken as well.
