Café O’maro is our Coffee take on our original O’maro. Using coffee from local roasteries we create a dark and rich Irish Amaro with fruity and sweet coffee notes that compliment its complex botanical bitterness. Cold brew coffee is combined with spent grinds to give and Irish take on the classic Coffee Aperitif.

● 40ml Under Pressure Vodka
● 25ml Café O’Maro
● 40ml Cold brew coffee
● 10ml Rich sugar syrup
● Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
