Les Roches de Yon Saint-Emilion Grand Cru: This wine has a pomegranate robe, bright and vibrant. An expressive nose, it is spicy, aromatic and complex with mentholated notes. Fine woody and stone fruit notes emerge when the wine is aerated. The palate, after a vivid attack, evolves into a pleasant texture - succulent and full-bodied with notes of red fruits and a mellow woodiness.

Domaine Grand Veneur Châteauneuf-du-Pape: Dominated by Grenache, this wine has an intense purple colour with a nose expressing loads of ripe red fruit aromas, such as sweet black cherry. The palate is a continuation of the aromatic complexity: spices and black fruit are balanced by soft tannins. The finish is long with aromatic hints of liquorice and pepper.

Florian Mollet Sancerre: These Sancerre vineyards stretch over magnificent hills overlooking the Loire river. Limestone and siliceous soils combined with ideal aspect contribute to the marvellous quality of the wines. Tasty varietal fruit; freshness and nerve from start to finish - it’s alive on the palate. Plus, there is a long, blossoming, supremely elegant finish.
