The blend brings together organically farmed Sangiovese, Mammolo, Alicante, Canaiolo, Syrah, Ciliegiolo and Merlot, all vinified naturally with wild yeasts and minimal sulphur to preserve energy and purity.

The wine bursts with aromas of red cherry, blackcurrant and wild herbs, lifted by hints of violet and spice. On the palate it is juicy, bright and textured, with supple tannins and a refreshing mineral edge.
