A fantastic rum from the shores of both Ireland and Panama! Distilled in Panama using only pure sugar cane, it is finished in the west coast of Ireland for a minimum of six months in an Amarone whiskey cask and Oloroso sherry butt for a rich flavour. Non-chill filtered, it's best served neat or over ice.
