Palate
Silky and complex, with delicate tannins giving way to flavours of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee beans. The fruit character evolves beautifully from dried fig and raisin to zesty orange peel, while classic pot still spices and seasoned oak provide depth, warmth, and structure throughout.
Finish
Long and lingering, as forest fruits and citrus gradually fade, allowing the pot still spices and wine-seasoned oak to leave a final, elegant impression.
