Exclusively matured in first and second-fill bourbon barrels for a minimum of 14 years, including a finish of up to 12 months in rare Malaga wine casks to give a luscious exotic fruit intensity and beautiful smoothness. By only using bourbon casks, the vanilla sweetness is allowed to shine, so when we layer on the fruit intensity from the Malaga casks, it only enhances the sweetness - taking it to new heights.
