Taste: Delicate and light-bodied, this whiskey opens with a smoky flavour that seems to dissipate quickly. However, it then comes around on the back palate with a hit of black tea. Layers of cherry wood, white pepper and apricot.
Finish: Chocolate chip cookies, five-spice and menthol.
