Every precious drop of this very special 7 year-old Irish Whiskey has been triple-distilled with malted and un-malted Irish Barley, and uniquely Irish Barra Oats at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney.

Maturing in exquisite Sicilian Marsala casks since 2017, a distinctive character and depth of taste have gradually evolved over the last 7 years as it awaited the seal of approval from Head Distiller Brian Taft.

Nose : Rich notes of clove and honey descend into subtle aromas of sun ripened fruit and toasty caramel.

Taste : Sumptuous, dried fruits, hazelnuts with distinctive oak spice balanced deliciously with the influences of the delectable Marsala cask.

Finish : A delicate sweetness of spiced caramel, roasted hazelnut and raisin that lingers lightly on the tongue.
