Egan’s Fortitude Single Malt Irish Whiskey is matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Nose: Initially, there’s a good amount of barnyard character, followed by fruity elements. Honey and fall fruit notes also make an appearance.

Taste: The main flavours include smoked green tea, honeydew, milk chocolate, and a subtle touch of smoke. Surprisingly, for a light-bodied whiskey, the finish is long-lasting and features a hint of pine nut.

Finish: The milk chocolate note adds a fun twist, while the overall boldness keeps things interesting. As the weather turns cooler, the touch of smoke becomes even more welcome.
