Gramona La Cuvée Aliances is crafted primarily from Xarel·lo and Macabeo, with a portion aged in oak and the final wine matured extensively on its lees. This approach gives the wine a balance of freshness and subtle complexity. Aromas of citrus, apple, and soft stone fruit are supported by light notes of almond and fresh bread.

On the palate it is dry, crisp, and finely textured, with a refined mousse and a focused, mineral finish. Its clean profile and understated depth make it well suited to seafood, shellfish, and light Mediterranean dishes, as well as an accomplished aperitif.
